The "Number of Jobs Submitted" metric is not accurate in some situations.  Specifically, only jobs that submitted during the same aggregate unit (day, month, quarter or year) will be counted. e.g. If a chart is viewed with the "Day" aggregation unit then only jobs that are submitted and start on the same day will be counted in the number of jobs submitted.
