The resource manager is used as a source of job accounting data for Open XDMoD. This is referred to as the "Jobs Realm". We currently support SLURM, PBS/TORQUE, SGE and LSF. Typically, the resource manager accounting logs files that are parsed (shredded) and stored in the XDMoD data warehouse. For SLURM, the sacct command is used to query the SLURM database for job accounting records since it is typically configured to use a database to store the information.
